So my good friend Brian (aka. Big Perm) got his first job on Monday. He got out of drill school back in August and was assigned to one of the busiest engine companies in the city (E-52) Unfortunatly he ran smack into a serious drought as far as fires are concerned. That came to an end when he rolled in fist due to a well involved triple deckah' (that's a 3 story house to all you non Bostonians) with children trapped. When's the last time that you threw a ladder?

I wish you could know what it is like to search a burning bedroom
for trapped children at 3 AM, flames rolling above your head, your
