I am new at this so it will probably look pretty foolish till i figure out what the heck i am doing. We are located in northeast Texas and it has been a very wet summer for us. Lots of rain. Well here's my first blog. I have been aon the dept. for nearly two weeks now. so far i love it, no major calls yet. A vehicle fire, several false alarms, 1 call we didn't even ride, and 2 vehicle accidents. I really appreciate how the veterans on the dept. have really taken me in. One of them has even started teaching me rapid dress. something i had been practicing on my own. now he's showing me some easier ways to do things. THANKS!!!
