I am hoping I can some job descriptions of Division Chief of Operations and Division Chief of Support. I am with a small fire department of two stations with three personnel at each station. The DC of Operations is in charge of staffing, EMS/Fire training. DC of Support is in charge of building and grounds, vehicle maintenance and small portable fire equipment. I get a lot of requests to come up with workouts that can be performed on duty with equipment found at the firehouse. The other day, my crew and I performed this intensive 30 minute interval workout.  This workout will get your heart racing, challenge your core and work your muscles.
