Hi Guys
I`m looking for a good vechile ex. power point that I could use for my guys, any suggestions???
Also,
Candy
my first fatal didn`t bother me til about a month later, I made the mistake of not debriefing after we arrived back at the hall, now It`s the first thing we do when we get back off a bad call.
And this goes for everyone DEBRIEF, DEBRIEF, DEBRIEF don`t be afraid to talk about how it made you feel, don`t keep it inside it will cause problems down the road, so PLEASE talk it out!!!

well it didnt bother me to much i still think about it now and then...and when i drive past the site still get a pic in the mind of that day...i mean everyone deals with things there own way...just keep your head high and look for the next day...there is always a good memory that you will have one day that will overcome the bad ones but im sure the sight and everything else will be in the back of your mind...use could always seek prof. help if need be sometimes that is the best !

Candy,
It's not the immediate "bother" that you have to concern yourself with, it's the delayed effects of it. My first fatality in an wreck didn't even hit me until a few days later. Just take care of yourself and feel free to talk about it if it does rear its head later on.

Hi my name is Leo Cartwright from the Latrobe Valley in Victoria Australia, I am a RAR Assessor with the Australisian Road Rescue organisation (ARRO) This year alone I traveled to Nelson New Zealand in Feburary, will attend the Australisian Challenge this coming May in Queensland and then the World titles in Cardiff, Wales UK this coming July. I hope to pass on some information after the events. last week I attended the Holden training grounds where new vehicles were cushed at the B piller, then cut and rammed, both Halmatro and Lucus hydrolics were used and both were able to cut these newer metals in these vehicles. some of the relieve cuts at the bottom of the A piller near the foot well may need some future work as this became time consuming which once done with little effort.
