Everyday I get the EMI Higher Education Report. I thought everyone would be interested in this section. It talks about Homeland Security Funding. Fire Department grants are included. Looks like funding will increase this year. I have reprinted the section below. This was taken from the November 3, 2008 report.

Another drunk driving dumbass for today. An Austrian man, charged with drunk driving, drove to the police station to complain about the charge….while he was drunk. The 65-year-old had his license and car keys taken away by authorities on Sunday. Cell Phone need a charge? Do it in YOUR home!

Arrested for Stealing? Don't Steal from the Police Station

Today's Daily Dumbass from KCMQ.com is really a winner.

In Vermont, a 25-year-old man was arrested for stealing items out of a car, and while he was being processed at the police department, was caught stealing a photo from the police bulletin board. Impersonating a Cop? Watch who you pull over!

Police say a Connecticut man impersonating a police officer picked the wrong person to pull over - an off-duty Hartford police lieutenant. 20-year-old Israel Gomez turned on flashing lights and used a siren and loudspeaker to coax the lieutenant off the road. The lieutenant called for backup, and police arrested the imposter immediately.

Especially ones about CEOs bailing after their companies begin to fail and earning millions. We wonder why Barak Obama is receiving so much support. Police in Fargo say two men were arrested for drunk driving in the same vehicle during the same traffic stop. A cop pulled over a 23-year-old man early in the morning.
