Daily Dumbass November 4, 2008

Another drunk driving dumbass for today. An Austrian man, charged with drunk driving, drove to the police station to complain about the charge….while he was drunk. The 65-year-old had his license and car keys taken away by authorities on Sunday. He then went home, picked up his spare keys, went back to the abandoned car and drove to the police station to explain why he was unhappy with the DUI. Police could tell when he got there that he was drunk, so he was charged with a SECOND DUI.
