Here is today's Daily Dumbass from KCMQ.com.
Police in Fargo say two men were arrested for drunk driving in the same vehicle during the same traffic stop. A cop pulled over a 23-year-old man early in the morning. While that man was taking a sobriety test, his 24-year-old passenger got behind the wheel and tried to drive off. The passenger was stopped, and he also failed his sobriety test. Both men were taken to jail.
Good thing there was not a third person in the car. They may have gotten three DWIs.

In hindsight I think the PO should have asked for the keys first thing. I'm wondering how quickly the second drunk was stopped. TCSS
