Rhode Island police arrested a man who’s blood alcohol level was more than SIX times the legal limit. 34-year-old Stanley Kobierowski was arrested after he drove into a highway message board on Interstate 95. Authorities say he had the highest blood alcohol level ever recorded for anyone in Rhode Island that wasn’t dead. He registered at a .491….the legal limit in Rhode Island is .08.
