In Vermont, a 25-year-old man was arrested for stealing items out of a car, and while he was being processed at the police department, was caught stealing a photo from the police bulletin board. He later told cops he stole the picture because he thought it was “cool.” The state’s attorney told the judge, “This is a defendant that’s just not getting it.”
