Front of Home Engulfed. Amazing Anyone Lived.

At about a quarter past eleven in the evening on Saturday night, April 12th, Wake Forest Fire Department and Rolesville Fire Department were called to 417 Cottesbrook Drive in Wake Forest. Units dispatched included Rolesville Pumper 153, Roseville Engine 151, Rolesville Rescue 15, Wake Forest Engine 1, Wake Forest Engine 3, Wake Forest Engine 5, Wake Forest Ladder 1, Wake Forest Battalion 1.

When units arrived the front of the house was engulfed in fire. The fire began in the garage.…

Can we help a fellow firefighter/paramedic

Hello everyone,

A good friend and fellow Firefighter/ Paramedic was recently diagnosed with Stage 3 Colon Cancer at the young age of 32. One of his simple pleasures in life is collecting Fire/ EMS patches. He only has a few and they are all local ones. I was really hoping to show him support from all over the country by collecting patches from all over for him. Fire Station Cardio Workout Option(s)

I've had a lot of requests for workout options that can be performed at the station with minimal equipment.  Here is an option I created for a firefighter/medic that has no equipment and only some stairs and a parking lot.
