thanks for the invite sorry so late......well here goes.....i'm ics 100 200 300 400 i'm one of a few in the county that have em all. was on two depts. at once. An ya so couldn't even compare em to each other,my main dept supports all the training i did an do, the other?????.... ya have to beg to go to class an have em pay... on incident???? glory hounds free lanceing no setup of ICS...i really think someones going to die soon they are the joke of the county...I tried to help em out with structure many talks with the chief behind closed door....Ya can't help people that dont want it found that out the hard way so i quit ........

Thanks so much for posting this forum. believe it or not there are people who believe in a roving command I have seen it. And guess what the incident was like, Nothing but a circus..
