Not that I have ever seen. You may be able to talk to your local Lions Group, Jaycees, Kiwanis or Mason type groups and see if they would donate money for that. Also, the Eagles, Lowes, Home Depot and WalMart like to donate to service groups.
Well said! we are firefighters, No or cant do it is from the Police manual. Just have to be creative in your grant writing. BUT! I also suggest the local service groups and Wallyworld.
I assume you are talking about service uniforms not turnout gear. Other then parades and display, why do you need any more then a tee shirt, hat or maybe a jacket with your VFD name? New uniforms? How did you get the old ones? Good luck and TCSS.
Grants have a wide gambit under their assigned titles for instance if you got a grant for communications you can buy more than radios..pass..and other things associated with comm. apply...that said try applying under gear..as a uniform falls under the category...you might also try doing a fund raiser for yourselves and after raising say a quarter of what you need bring it to the town and show what you raised on your own to show your dedicated and in need of said items they will get a grant or bid before you
