If tomorrow never comes would I have missed it?

Would I have taken the time to experience life and its simple pleasures?

Could I step away and never notice the small things it has to offer?

while walking down a stony path one day I spotted a tiny pebble in the midst of the stones and knelt to pick it up. I quickly glanced at it and put it in my pocket moving on down the path.

A few weeks later I was sitting on a bench in the yard just relaxing and I reached into my coat pocket and found the small stone I had picked up that day. Thanks Chief, I am glad I found this site. I  will let other firefighters know about this site so they can join also. do you have any info of FF working with a pacemaker /defib.      I told my cap that I am in better shape now than when I didn't have it in. I only work 3 days a month but I love to be with my team  and the group of my brothers I get to work with. thanks dr 3m.
