Lord, grant all firefighters courage to face and conquer their fears to share and endure the ordeal of those who need them.
Grant them strength of the heart and body to bear whatever burden may be placed upon them and to deliver to safety all those placed within their care ...... I just got word today that I have been accepted as a Tulsa Fire Department Cadet. I am WAY pumped. I go later this month and do the ladder climb and take a psych test...so I could still screw this up. Academy starts in January, so I have a little time to get into a little decent shape, cause I'm not at all.

Ok here it is, the low down on me and why i became a firefighter.
