As we grow old we neglect to want to act our age, and so as often happens, injuries occur. But sometimes things could be prevented. Dude, so I totally love learning rope rescue. We had a

drill tonight lead by Captain Jon Parker (he works for BP Refinery full

time) that he showed us 4 on 1, wrap 3 pull 2, we worked on knots, and

dropped and pulled him up on the bridge over the Ottawa River (which by

the way better be safe now cause we let him in the water, he could wake

up with a 3rd eye or something) It was really interesting, and
