I just got the Nike+ ipod combo, and I just wanted to let all of the people in this group know in case you don't already have it, to get it. It's very helpful when you're working out.
What is it? Is that the thing that clips on to your shoe? I know this is an old post, but I was looking at something briefly the other day by Nike that clips onto the shoe and didn't have time to take a better look!! Share.... :)

I know this is a very old post, but I figured I'd drop my 2 cents to answer your question. Nike+ is a small sensor you put on (or in) your shoe that communicates with a sensor that you plug into your iPod nano. As you run, it can track distance, current speed, average speed, mile time, etc. It gives you visual feedback on the screen as well as spoken feedback through your headphones. Nike makes Nike+ ready shoes that have a cutout under the insole in one of the shoes, you remove the small foam insert and put the sensor in, cover it back up with the insole and you're good to go. I also purchased a "shoe wallet" (small pouch that clips to your laces for keys, or whatever) that I can use with any shoe.
I love mine, I use it for triathlons and other runs. Works great and is definately worth the $29.
