Hey Guys its the simple stuff ....Wear your seat belts..2 in 2 out..stop freelancing..sound your floors.. take tools with you when you get off the truck, mainly the TIC..Officers need to accept change and then train and adapt to it. Young guys, stand your ground with complacent Officers, you can turn the screw from the bottom, but be professional about it. These are things that are killing firefighters everyday..change the mentality of..You Go, We Go...to...You Go Home, We Go Home..

I am glad to see a group like this. I personally have known 3 lodds in my state. 2 ejections from vehicle, and one electricution. It is sad day when that black band goes on.

Too many preventable LODD'S make this group a necessity, I for one am proud to support this concept.

Our current seat belt policy is one shift off without pay for the first offense, the second offense could involve suspension or even termination.
