Courtney-send me an email at and I will remember to put all the info together for you. its all very simple, the company you need to contact is "Morris Press Cookbooks" the address is 3212 E. Hwy 30
P.O. Box 2110
Kearney, Ne.
Contact them and ask for their free cookbook package. It has a disk that guides you through the whole thing. The most difficult thing to do is get everyone together and figure out how you want the layout and pictures and soforth; which if you reflect back on your college years is like getting all your friends to move from one frat party to another; not an easy task! good luck.

Classroom could have been a lil more organized, Practicals were great!!! Total experience was great!!! I hope I never have to use any of the techniques that we learned (except hook 2 grab 4, i may do that just for fun)

I think the classroom would have ran smoother with a "lead" instructor presenting all of the information and asking for input from the other instructors from time to time. All of that will probably be worked out on it's own as time goes on.
