OBAMA FOR PRESIDENT AND ADOLF HITLER FOR VICE WOULD BE A PERFECT MATCH.GET A CLUE PEOPLE !!!!
Body: Letter from a fellow soldier now stationed in Afgan. Interesting read but really not surprising.

Hello everyone,
As you know I am not a very political person. I just wanted to pass alongthat Senator Obama came to Bagram Afghanistan for about an hour on his visitto "The War Zone". I wanted to share with you what happened. He got off theplane and got into a bullet proof vehicle, got to the area to meet with theMajor General (2 Star) who is the commander here at Bagram.

As the Soldiers where lined up to shake his hand he blew them off and didn'tsay a word as he went into the conference room to meet the
General. As hefinished, the vehicles took him to the ClamShell (pretty much a big top tentthat military personnel can play basketball or work out in with weights) sohe could take his publicity pictures playing basketball. He again shunned theopportunity to talk to Soldiers to thank them for their service. So really he was just here to make a showing for the American's back homethat he is their candidate for President.

I think that if you are going tomake an effort to come all the way over here you would thank those that areproviding the freedom that they are providing for
you. I swear we got more thanks from the NBA Basketball Players or the DallasCowboy Cheerleaders than from one of the Senators, who wants to be thePresident of the United States . I just don't understand how anyone would wanthim to be our Commander-and-Chief. It was almost that he was scared to bearound those that provide the freedom for him and our great country. If this is blunt and to the point I am sorry but I wanted you all to knowwhat kind of caliber of person he really is. What you see in the news is allfake. In service, CPT Jeffrey S.

to allen wahlstrom and the god and goddess_ yes I am a veteran of the US ARMY. I very much agree with you that senator clinton or anybody else has no right judging anyone by their race.I do not know what your religion is or if you are but I believe in the end we will all be but one race.I was a field medic from 96 to 98 and had my career ended by a hand grenade causing me amnesia and I literally forgot most everything I was taught about 91 bravo.I would go back though if they would accept me.The one thing that makes this country great is we can have our own opinion.I just want what is best for this country and our childrens future.I still have visions of a hand grenade exploding beneath me and me blacking out.It is still as terrifying as when it actually happened.God Bless.

Again like I explained to William on his page..."everyone has their own opinions" and I respect that. I wasn't trying to make any accusations, but with Senator Clinton ragging on his race it made me very angry. That is what is wrong with this world!!!

I remember my grandfather telling me stories about World War 2. I heard the night terrors he had and saw him on his bad days when he had war flashes. Do you really think that our soliders don't come home from the same things today? One of my husband's friends went over to this war...when he left to go over he was normal. When he got back...he was all messed up. He pointed a broom stick to our dog and thought that he was shooting at a child in Iraq who was trying to shoot him. Our family is for Obama and for our troops coming home.

I wish I could say I was surprised by this, but am not.
God and Goddess - You are clueless. Obama is a charlatan and opportunist with little or no real world experience. His socialist leanings and one world government bend are neither wise nor smart for America. A president is NEVER above thanking the men and women he sends into battle...EVER. If that man wanted to thank those brave men and women he would have.
And to make accusations about anothers opinion on an "African-American" not being suitable for the presidency are appaling.
Just for clarity, I am not a McCain supporter, and I am a veteran of the US Armed Forces. Are you?

to : lutan 1 -everyone is entitled to their opinion,in mine obama nor any one who is left in the running is worth being president and in support of your statement of hitler yeah I kinda agree maybe that was a little off key.To- the god and goddess well as I said previously I do not think any candidate deserves that spot.my dislike for obama has nothing to do with him being african-american but leave it to an african-american to bring that up in comment and then maybe we don't need an african-american like him for president.obama will not pledge allegiance(one of this country's oldest traditions),he has also been overheard saying GD AMERICA and I don't care how busy they are I was in the military and I have lost family and friends in wars and a candidate can take the time to say something to the troops."job well done" takes just less then five seconds at most but would go a long way with the troops,as for your african-american question I have to ask are you an african-american who thinks because our ancestors did your ancestors wrong we owe you something? had to ask.also as for bringing our troops home as I said I have lost family and friends in war and I have to say that as bad as I would love to have them back, this war is far from over and if we bring the troops home before it is finished we will have made a grave mistake.charley pride, chuck berry, martin luther king jr.,rosa parks, montel williams, just to name a few would be good candidates.

When it comes down to it...who would you rather have, McCain who believes to keep our soliders overseas until 2018 or Obama who is bringing our soliders home in late 2009. McCain is to "old", granted he fought for our country, was wounded and was a prisoner of war. Obama is smart and wise. America, she needs a President that is not afraid to fight for her good causes but, she doesn't need anymore deceptive speeches. Are you really upset because of his personality or is it because you think that an African-American shouldn't be President? Take in mind...just because he didn't shake hands with the troops doesn't mean he didn't want too. McCain and Obama have very tight schedules that they have to go by.

To be honest William, in my opinion, any reference to Adolf Hitler is down right offensive, regardless of what you think of Obama's actions, etc.....

They're chalk and cheese.

OH YEAH.WE WILL REMEMBER THIS WELL.

I hear what your saying. The trip was for publicity and if they spend no time with the troops, the news doesn't portray that. Remember this in November when it is time to vote, and make sure your brothers and sisters in arms do as well.
