Some people just can’t handle their booze. A woman in Middletown, Ohio was arrested after chasing children, urinating on a neighbor’s porch, and blocking traffic….all while wearing a cow costume. The arresting officer says the woman reeked of alcohol, slurred her speech, and was belligerent. She was booked, released, and told to go home and stay there.
