Lincoln, Nebraska, police actually ended up arresting someone who had called them for help. A 25-year-old man was ’squatting’ in an empty apartment and had illegally changed the locks. He called police to report that someone was trying to break in - turns out it was the apartment manager trying to use his key. The squatter was arrested for illegally occupying the apartment AND for having over 3 pounds of pot, having a pot growing system inside the apartment, and over $3,500 in cash.
