Well my first shift running on the Medic was quite easy because we only had two calls all night, and I know how that can change very fast. It was lots of fun and the crew I am assigned to they are great and am looking forward to this Friday night when I am scheduled to be on again. I just had my orientation for In-House Medic. So as of Saturday March 15th I will be running with the Medic crew every 6 days for a 12 Hour shift. I am so excited that I cannot wait, but at the same time I am very nervous. This is the exact direction that I am looking for. this Fall I plan on going to school for Paramedics, and with a little luck I can maybe get a fulltime job in the Fire/ EMS field.
