Mass Casualty Incident

A run away horse wagon ride during an annual festival in Wellsboro, PA tested Responders.

Wellsboro, Mansfield, Blossburg, Lawrenceville, Middlebury, Morris, and Valley responded with SSMH ALS to the scene.
