Ok so in the louisville area in kentucky we do a thing called the WHAS crusade for children, in which the fire departments have road blocks and do door-to-door to collect money to benefit children whose families cant afford the medical care needed, research to help childhood diseases and equipment to help special needs children live a fairly normal life.
