I've been recently reinstated as a Captain so that a new recruit could be added to the roster. I forgot a lot of my training ideas and lost the book that I would right them down in. Any ideas?

All my knowledge and experience dates back to the Neanderthal days of pulling up dayboots and hopping on the tailboard. It was fun though getting to chat with all the ladies on the way back from a run.
