I gave you kudos before reading your profile. You are the type of person the fire service needs. I'm retiring now but for you, here's a website that will help you with your goals. The guy that runs the site is a retired Fire Captain that helps folks get hired by teaching them how to do well on the oral boards. You can be physically rock solid but then blow it on the orals.
