See Phoen like I said - stunts your growth - he could have been a good 6'5" by now if he would quick drinking that tar... plus you should advise him it stunts growth down below too... if ya know what I mean...

That is the right thing to do. I am all for assisting someone to get better and then again carrying a person for which has no desire or ability is another thing all together.

All you can do is be an informal leader, step up and assist the person.
