Very true Heather, also have had both of our FF1 instructors trading off being sick. It has been a pretty tough year for that stuff.

Think I will go hit the rack.Been fighting a migraine for almost 3 days and I think I finally beat it into submission.Hopefully some more sleep will polish it off.

If we have any more of this Back Room Crew end up in the Sick Bay BRC hospital Spa - we will have to call in Mutual Aid... jeez...

How come I think you would have the same trouble as Mike - takes you a few days until you can down-shift internally and rest... like you live on auto-pilot...

Well damn glad you were fine - and we don't have to find out how much you hate sick bay.
