Scary thing about that is that I actually felt safer riding my 10-speed bike out there in Oxnard than I do here...of course, that was about 20 years ago...damn, that made me feel......old.

Yes Ernie - sometimes I have found the best way to stay alive here in Southern Cali is to stay home when the roads are a mess. It seems that many people have not learned defensive driving skills YET - and a slew of people don't even have driver's licenses, let alone basic driver's ed.

Kevin - are you rejecting my kisses??? are you sure you are man enough to criticize my kisses??? are you sure that is the path you want to take??? Did you not see what happened to Eric when he tried such nonsense ???

Kevin- the talk around here is upwards of a foot or better with 40+ mph winds starting sometime around or after midnight and continuing through Mon. morning...might get a little interesting for awhile

I just hosted a baby shower for one of my best friends - spent 4 hours driving in Los Angeles traffic in the rain - that is always quite an adventure... add darkness now... and all bedlum seems to break loose on our freeways...

I just got home - had a lot of fun. Just checking my internet life and on all of you! Watching the movie WANTED with Angelina Jolie - gonna do a few chores - and then probably go out with my friends to the theatre later this evening to catch a late movie - if the rain slows down.
