If I were a towns person in Ralph's town - I would totally sue the DPW for FAILING to protect me

I guess the FFs be shoveling ! Or using their personal vehicles... to plow...

My brother - Deputy Chief - plows the way to a lot of scenes - hee hee - with his personal plow truck - since onw of his paid jobs is plowing... and the town sometimes can not keep up - in VERMONT, fyi. The road commissioner is also on the FD - so that helps dramatically keeping up with maintaining the roads, scenes, and station - guess we were SUPER LUCKY !!!

While Ralph is SUPER SCREWED !!!

I see how their prioritizing works then...you can park and get into city hall (at midnight) but you might just be out of luck if your house catches fire. NICE!!

Both of New Mexico's snow plows have been parked for so long they have rust on them and parts have been farmed out to be used on water well pumps!
