Good to hear you are getting a good handle on them!!

We have plenty of s**w around here for it...just need to travel west to find enough elevation change to make it work...hehehe!!

Wow - making great FF training - nice !

I would kill to go down hill s**w skiing - maybe next week I will put it into my schedule.

I know I am truly blessed this decade related to my migraines - had them since I was a kid - just in the last few years - realized that a lot of it was caused by undiagnosed and untreated allergies. I also had sinus surgery which dramatically helped and now take a Magnesium supplement every day - which saves my life !
