I just came from the gym

1 hour of hard core cardio - step aerobics
500 situp type exercises
and a bunch of these

and now my obliques are ON FIRE !!!

Did someone mention earlier that they had 20 lbs of ice that they could ship to me... now would be the time!!!

We'll be testing on Unit 2 tomorrow evening and then really get going on the practicals to get ready for testing on those...will probably be a few more months.
