Be careful - cherish and protect your family time - that is a fatal error in the fire service - too many put more attention to the fire service than there family and soon they find their family has slipped right through their fingers...

That I am, and learning tremendous amounts of information of which I continue to try to build on out of class as well...

I have been driving my wife and kids nuts when we are out and I am looking around for fire alarms, extinguishers, violations, etc. among numerous other things like preplanning certain occupancies.

Yes - catwoman requires agility - in my younger years I use to gymnastics and the such and was super flexible - served me really well in confined space rescue since I can pretzel myself pretty well - so yoga is good.

Kevin - you're #1 is going to need you to have some stamina buddy - and NO cardiologist - so maybe you better drive by the gym a few more times.

Here - place this block in the middle of the floor and run around i few times - that may help
