yeah, but it'll be fun. everyone's looking forward to it. even a separate door on the side for the bike ! plenty of room for the tool boxes, and whatever else they want to do.... next project is getting them to work on an old muscle car for me.

oh Ernie, this really IS going to be a riot. they are 2 peas in a pod. what one doesnt think of, the other does. I sometimes worry about leaving them out without adult supervision... LOL

Thanks Heather. I have to find the other pics of the rest of the property. 1.25 acres. quite nice, actually. I didnt want a brand new one. we'll be moving at good time, lots of room for parties, including my oldest's graduation party.
