yes Ernie - when I am on - I am all on... but when get off my workout schedule it takes forever to get it back on track...

LOVE WORKING OUT

i wish i had more time to do it (ok, made more time in my schedule to do it)

and I wish all teachers beat my ass as hard and fast as this FF/teacher - he takes no prisoners and makes no apologies

and I am too busy trying to breathe to whine...

I am not smacking anyone around - just came from kickboxing - my teacher was a fireman for 30 years - so he kicked my ass...
