Ernie, after you're done with this other stuff, if you have the chance to, take a confined space course, you wont be sorry. its awesome !

Ernie, you'll love it.... you're bringing back some training and Fire School memories,,,, our instructors didnt know what to do with me,
forcible entry class, and I was sitting at the desk, handcuffs on, with a can of whipped cream between my wrists... LOL,,, 3 of the 4 instructors noticed it, the Chief, well, he was so hung over, it took him a little bit....

LOL.... I was a trouble maker...... we had talked about it the week before, and one guy gave me the idea... so I did it... I've never been known to turn down a dare.... and it was doubly funny, cause they didnt think I would do it to begin with....

poor Chief just stopped in mid sentence, palmed his face, shook his head, and muttered something about needing another beer... LMAO

not sure how intricate they will get here, but would like to work on confined space areas too, would make for a really good, and practical, learning experience.

my favorite is when they totally black out the masks, the maze is reallly intricate, you have to follow your hose line, just by feeling the couplings. so you know how to get out. then, going through tiny openings, having to take the pack off, feed it through, put it back on after you get through the other side.....

I like showing off when it comes to that....... LOL

climbing up and over stuff..... really a lot of fun, but then, after i go through, I get to help with the rest of the training, and walk with my other teams..... give them a hard time. I've kicked a few in the butt for not communicating at times...
