The other funny thing about that Heather is that my dad and I did alot of that...hehehe...blew the minds of numerous people. So many have had no idea that so many things can be BBQ'd or that they could turn out like they do. 4-6 slabs of ribs or a 24 pound turkey on the rotisserie and the list goes on and on.

Good question...probably need to learn how to butcher my own to get the good cuts, since no one around here seems to have an idea...LOL
