The Backroom Crew

This is a place where we can sit down, put our feet up and chill. Where the Boys and Girls can just be themselves. The Back Room or what most firefighters call a ''day room or rec room'' is the social point of every firehouse.

Sorry Buddy! That white stuff is a four-letter word along with the warmer version of precipitation which we don't mention. Am becoming "water phobic" down here. LOL! Hopefully, things up north will warm up soon and stay that way.

I love my drive to work, but honestly I love my drive home even more. You have the herons, hawks, ducks, geese, the mountain range. I really wish I was going home right now.....

Heard about the cougar in our area, surprised to see it though. Reminds me I had best let the neighbors know it was in their pasture. Their pasture separates our houses.

Sorry you had to go home to cold, that just about sucks.... lol

Morning Chief! More coffee on the burner and Doughnuts on the way!

Morning crew! Hope everyone is doing well today.

Morning Buddy! Welcome back to the insanity!

Patti, that is quite some wildlife you see on your way to work. My usual wildlife is "Road Ragers"!

Drat, missed Izzy!

Morning Tom! You all get those lovely storms last night? Scared the crap out of my two dogs; cats were not too happy either. Kept telling them to get used to it; we've only just begun! Of course, this was being done while petting everyone and snuggling them under the covers. Thank God Chris was at his place!Otherwise would have been four dogs, two cats, and two of us in a Queen-sized bed. Not enough lint rollers on the planet to help with that mess! LOL!!

Okay, everyone have a good day and STAY SAFE! That's an order!

I was heading out of my driveway this morning when I saw what I thought was a cougar (or could have been someones cat amped up on steriods) in the neighbors pasture. Then I am almost to work when I see coyotes... Normally my ride is elk, deer, skunk, raccoon, mice, frogs, possum....
