Patti, make sure to check the thermos liner every so often for possible breakdown with that high octane stuff! LOL!!

It rained this weekend, but the sun is out and so much better... plus I am loaded on high octane espresso stuff that I poured into my thermos.....

hmmm... you don't even know how right you are?

they stopped making the perfect migraine meds i have been on for the last 4 years - so the doctor is trying me on new ones - which are not cutting it..

i did start a new med this last week - and have slept like crap since then

I know what you med Heather. The doctor gave me something for my headaches and all it has done is made it worse and keep me awake... Sorry in advance y'all... I am doing the coffee diet today....
