Bill... I have used the Ithaca plumbing world... often... so I appreciate your throne management skills...

plus.... eating small meals at least 4 times per day... will speed up your metabolism and help you lose weight much faster.. while skipping a meal slows your metabolism and holds your weight (because your body thinks it is in starvation mode)

so have a small plate of Tom's sweet morning breakfast

And Tom... thanks for breakfast in bed... the bisquits and gravy were nice too ;-)

Coffee is up and ready! Caountry ham, biscuits & gravy on the counter. Busy weekend and wouldn't ya know it, another stalled out front and 3 - 4 more inches of rain over the next several days. :-(.
