FW, I already got that in mind but had to back out of it since he was not a happy camper. And I do truly understand his dilemna. Grand opening is in October and there will be dignitaries from D.C. that will be present. So I don't think that will go well with them as well. It was originally planned to get it done before they occupy the building, right after the Grand Opening...but the painters, in their great wisdom decided to paint them withoult following instructions from the STR and myself.

Chief Mike in pink? I would love to see that. I already saw the purse...just need a dress or pink turnout (great recommendation FW).

Mike M....no more spider bites, ok? Had to smash one the other day. Went swimming with family and behold a black widow taking a swim in the pool. Kids didn't even notice it until I saw the red spot on it's back. Talk about a rush. gives me Goosebumps.

Chief ... I would love to see you in pink!! Hmmm, maybe hot pink turnouts for the crew??? I mean, we have flourescent yellow, green, and pink, so why not??

Okay - I am about to get myself in trouble, but over in the, "Do You Put Stickers On Your Car" forum, there is a vollie who advocates getting out of speeding tickets for him (and his WIFE!) via professional courtesy. I am trying SO hard to not go totally ballistic on this! Have rewritten it about ten times because I keep calling him several nasty names – which is not professional or mature! He has Firefighter/EMT stickers on both his and his wife's car - she has gotten out of THREE moving violation citations because of those stickers!! ARGH!! I am sure I will be visiting the "Chief's Office" for my response, but hey! It will be worth it!!

FW thanks for the t-shirts. Just got back from an assist call for EMS. Hopefully will be quiet until morning. I got good news to share with everyone too.....doc has allowed me to go back on full duty!

Well, I tried Chief Mike....just got told to get them repainted. Oh well. I guess it was fun while it lasted.
