OMG everyone runs hide....  Some one else is back in town....Better yet send an EMT to Heathers house cause that girl is going to need to be revitalized.... 

 

Heather still healing here.  Still have to either have very low lighting or wear dark sunglasses indoors and out.  This will be a slow thing as the corneas are fusing to the eyes.... 

 

Patience.....  I must work on patience......

Patti Patti Patti - so glad to see you are back in the BRC saddle !!!  Weeeeeeeeeee (I) have MISSED YOU DEARLY !!!

Hey Everyone Else !  I just got back from a great workout in the outdoor heated pool... in (gray) California today... but still beautiful !!!   I bet soon I will be able to see the snow on the mountains while I lounge is said pool or the nearby hottub...  I have been off my workout game...  but since there has been talk in here of me romping... I thought I should incorporate a few variations on said "romp"   and working out made it on the list...

 

Can I just say one of the worse things my family taught me was "take care of everyone else FIRST"  this has wrecked havoc with my self-care.... SO I am a great nurturer caregiver of EVERYONE ELSE.... but always struggle to budget enough time to meet all my needs....   soooooo I really need to improve on that...   thanks for the encouragement...

 

and I need to get back on the soda wagon - since I have been off it for the last 6 months... Chief Weber usually is my sponsor, but who knows where he is these days... So effective today I am back on the wagon.... NO SODA !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!        Dr. Oz says it damages joints... and my belly says   WTH?  this is bad bad bad.... stop giving it to me  :(

Actually one of the farmers had found one a couple of years back.  He put it in his truck, was driving around going to the gas station etc.  Got home, parked his truck next to the fence and shortly there after it exploded.  No one was hurt, but he had to replace his truck and his fence.  Moral of the story folks....  It might be old but it can still pack a whallop.....  Call the experts...

Hello everyone!!  Had a pretty fun day today.  Took the kids with today on a road trip where they were able to be "victims" for our EMT class.  I am pretty sure that they had fun and maybe even learned a few things throughout the day!

sarah the water can annoy the humans in your house - so warn them...

 

or try double-sticky tape along the lower edges of the frig doors, then when the kitty sticks her paw on it and it gets stuck then perhaps kitty will get annoyed and leave the frig alone

 

vaseline on the edges of the frig might also work like a slippery mess which the kitties will not like on their paws

We had a call for debris on the road way.
