Hondo ... it has changed a whole lot!! Inflation is a pain, eh? I know when mine lost their last tooth (we did not count Wisdom teeth!), they received $5.00. Ruthy Toothy was great since the kids knew (after the first time), that the tooth fairy could find it without any problem and thus they would get their reward. Only ran into trouble one time when daughter grabbed it during the night and held on for dear life! Up and down all night checking until she (finally!!) let go of it around dawn!

Hondo, my kidlets are grown, but it was always so cool when the tooth fairy came. We even had a little tooth-shaped felt holder named, "Ruthy Toothy". Cute as it could be and made finding the tooth under the pillow SO much easier!! LOL!

Sorry to have been out of the loop lately. Not a good week for me this week.
Things are getting pretty heavy at work. People tend to dump things on you on a whim and when you get it done, working your little behind off, it never gets appreciated. Contractors are piling up and that means a lot of our work will be contracted out. Don't really know what it's going to to do us, permanent employees. Maybe it's time for a change. Time to move on and test the waters. Just venting that's all, just venting.

John, they mow it! The Queen gets pretty pissy when you start burning things close to her palaces and castles and Holyrood is around the corner from this shot! LOL!!

With the 90+ temps, I probably would have opted for the water. My luck though, people wouldn't have been able to hit the target anyway.

Michael - Thank you : ) We use the following to distinguish between differnt firefighters and the training that you have.

p= probie
e=exterior
x=advance exterior/interior(are distract only)
i = interior

Make sense ? To earn the differn't letters you need to not only have the proper training but you also have to have all 3 chiefs and all officers agree that you can move up and are capable of doing the job.
