Refund Request for Non-refundable Tickets — Unplanned Event

Continental will refund change fees and tickets in certain cases. All requests must be received before the expiration of your ticket and must be accompanied by proper documentation (see below). Once received, if applicable, a refund will be provided to the original form of payment minus a $50 USD processing fee*. This policy applies to the illness or death of the traveler, traveling companion, or immediate family members.

Any one sick or dead in your immediate family ??? You could use this rule!

Jessica - GOOGLE Continental (or even other airlines) complaints and find out how others have gotten out of this. That has worked well for me for a few weird things lately. And yes, always add Mid-West to your voice - just because it sounds OH SO GOOD! Cleavage helps too - sometimes...

And Heather is sad... cause the stock market took $13 from me today - HOW RUDE !!! But good stocks to buy right now - Medical Marijuana! fyi

Heather your right so goes with the territory of being in the spot light which I hate don't get me wrong its nice but it gets annoying as hell especially when you deal with people in EMS and Firefighting. I never tell them my last name, but occasionaly they know who I am just from my voice or look at my turnout coat. Damn having an easy name for people to remember. I'm just little old me doing what they pay me for.

Ok so I need some advice how to I get out of paying Continental an additional 1000.00 to change a flight for 3 people ?

Yes, there are some BAD Heathers out there - when my bosses run my background check - they always bring me a 10 page BAD criminal report of other Heathers which come up when they are looking for me... Not to mention the random bill collectors calling all the Heathers in my town trying to find their delinquent Heather... and the ex-boyfriends trying to find some Heather to HOOKUP... It si quite annoying... I like having a simple name - but not "simply idiotic people" with the same name!

Jess, WE know what a great job you do ... there are just some out there who suffer from serious "*sshole syndrome" and can't say anything nice. They need to learn to dig a hole and crawl into it!!

Welcome back Chad - glad you live through the million hour work marathon.

Jessica - I followed your link - how rude that people would say in public mean stuff about you - clearly they don't know how wonderful you really are ;-) Such is the burden of being famous !!! I am not googling myself - 4 million of us show up. BUT people say always google your children on a regular basis to see if anyone has stolen their identity or is cyber bullying or defaming them. Where I live both of those things happen regularly.
