a good long swim would sound great right about now , its close to 85 in my appartment and i have all the fans on but dont wanna turn the AC on because it will be nice and cold when i get off shift plus my cats have already hogged the fans for the night

Back from the pool - dorsal fin exercised... I saw with Jimmy and Chad in the mix I needed to work on my stamina to keep up with these young bucks!!!

One of the Departments i run with is looking into writing a charter for the pink heals tour to get a local station built to support there cause , one of my brothers wives is writing the charter and we have already been asked to be a part of the local station when it is completed
