FW - If it is warm there, I'll take it. I don't care if it is raining as long as it's warm. This mornings temp is at 27 degrees. Yeah just a little cold.

M.J., you might want to put some ice on the bruise on your chin. Concrete floors are rather rough on chins when they meet!
HEATHER!!!!! You deserve to fall off that cart once in a while. If it is for almost any form of Gyro, just think of it as Mediterranean cuisine (heart healthy!). Eating Halloween candy is the right of all red-blooded Americans! You were doing your patriotic duty! The soda; well, sometimes you just have to have one. For me, it is a must with the very, very, rare McDonald's french fries. Coke is a requirement for those ... that and lots of pepper and catsup!!

*sneaking in with my head hung* I must admit I fell of the wagon... I went to the Farmer's Market and had a Lamb Gyro - which was awesome - but I fell of the wagon and drank a soda :-( first one in 3 weeks, though...
and don't even get me started on how much Halloween candy I ate - but I just came back from the gym...
so I will *slink back out of the room and climb back on my soda-free wagon*
