Morning All,

Time for another fun filled day in the lovely city. FW, were supposed to see a little bit of the white stuff starting tomorrow night and into friday. Nothing too much, just enough to screw the drivers up.

Aaron - sometimes you need to slow your roll - in order to be in it for the long-haul.... think marathon, not sprint - so pace yourself.

Commonly taking a break to heal is better than pushing a injury too far... let yourself heal a little - that is why they have sick leave and sabbaticals...

Wish I could go to training tonight but my back won't let me. Every time this happens I wonder if I'm gonna have to quit the service before I see 40.

Sketch and I go back.
He lived out in Maine for awhile, before he was shot he lived in I believe West Virginia.
