Good Morning Everyone! Status update for those of you tracking my life.

My dad is doing awesome (hip break surgery issue). He is up walking with a cane only. Doctore said he is dramatically farther in healing than the average person. He never even when to a rehab facility - 4 days in the hospital post surgery - then home. And my sister took over being the mayor of crazy town (my family) - ok she is always the stand-in mayor, but this time she took off from work to be the full-time mayor/caregiver... which resulted in her apologizing to me for all the years I have played family peacemaker/mediator of crazy town. Think War of the Roses + multiple generations + mental illness + hoarding + alcohol... but we love each other - so I guess that is all that counts.

Grandma is doing much better - at home - on blood thinners - feeling better - still not well enough to do surgery - but she is 85, so they get fragile at that age.

Girly kittens go to the vets this friday - for girly part surgery.

So I report all is well in my neck of the woods. Thanks for all of your support. Now let me go read and catch up what has been going on this morning.
