i have just went thru ropes 1,2,3,4 tower, swiftwater,confined space. It was a blast ready to do it again

I'm taking Ropes 1 phase 1 next weekend and I am terrified of heights...I hate confined space but I got through that, now I have op's for confined space.....Anyone have any hints for me to get through this course or ways of dealing with the stress of going over the ledge....Let me know!!! Thank's ya'll.....Darian
