Like to make a Pineapple/Pear Chicken Curry .... seems like alot of people on my department have there specialty ... I am hoping to learn a few new tricks in the Kitchen !!!

Also I think it is important to try and portion and eat healthier at the Halls

FIREHOUSE SUB'S, I have had the plesure of eating at 2 of their locations within the last year. The 1st. was in Charlotte, N.C. and I must say it was off the hook, really good and the decor, well lets just say you feel like your eating in a F.D. Museum, Nice.... The 2nd. was in Fredricksburg, Va. and it too was as nice as the Charlotte location. I too also think it's great how they use local fire dept. memorilbila to enhance the decor. Nice gig for the brothers who started and franchised it.

Firehouse subs is good. Went to one in Georgia and a little girl got freaked out. My phone rang and the ringer was of trucks responding. I like the way they add the touch of the local department to their walls.

I love to cook and experiment with different spices, I will be making a huge batch of sausage balls within the next week, to take to the station for the guy's!
They are very good and to me simple to make. I also a super hot wing dip I will share. I'm the type person who will cook all day as long as someone eats! I also own a treager grill, it sweet when cooking and preparing meals!! will post recipes asap....Great food, great friends what else is there?

I finally found a group that I need to be a part of. I usually do all of the cooking around the station, maybe I can get some new ideas. We just finished canning some jellies and preserves around here, so it's time to get something else going. Ya'll have a great day, be safe...
